Job 38:12-13

12 Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;

13 That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?

The Bible is filled with wonderful principles that are specially provided for believers to live consistently in victory and to enforce their God-given dominion over the forces of darkness, nature and all. However, many of those life-changing principles have been abandoned by modern-day Christians, forgotten or replaced with unprofitable practices. One of such winning principles in the Bible is commanding the morning.

The word of God affirms that Jesus would wake up very early in the morning (before dawn) and would pray. It was His regular habit. With this spiritual habit, Jesus captured each day and ordered it in His favour. The truth is that the morning makes the day and the forces of nature obey spiritual instructions that are issued to them in the early hours of the morning and in the name of Jesus.

God asked Job a pertinent question in Job 38:12-13. “Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place; That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?”

Beloved, have you ever given orders to the morning? I want you to know that doing so is an important spiritual strategy for reigning in life. That was the secret God revealed to Job. Henceforth, on a daily basis, command the sun, moon and stars to work in your favour. Instruct the heavenlies to shake out wickedness programmed into them against you and programme victory, favour and success into the heavenlies for yourself. When you do this, you will prevail over your enemies, be ahead of your competitors and your days will be like the days of heaven on earth.

Whether you become a leader or follower in life, a victor or victim, a success or failure, a poor or rich person, is up to you. This spiritual principle will enable you to reign in life. Begin to practise it now!
