Job 38:12-13

12 Hast thou commanded the morning since thy days; and caused the dayspring to know his place;

13 That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, that the wicked might be shaken out of it?

A man’s mountain is the mountain of ignorance. A lot of people suffer in life due to their ignorance. You must conquer the mountain of ignorance through godly knowledge. The Bible says that by knowledge shall the just be delivered. Knowledge will empower you to possess your possession. When you become knowledgeable in the deep things of God, you will become too hot for the devil to handle. You need knowledge to exercise dominion over evil forces and to reign in life. Having learnt about commanding the morning, do not procrastinate, begin to apply the knowledge immediately. Many people learn winning principles but do not apply them. They are not better than those who do not know the principles at all.

In Genesis 1:1, the Bible says, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” The Bible affirms that there is the first heaven (Genesis 1:14, 15-18), the second heaven (Psalms 74:20; Ephesians 6:12) and the third heaven (2 Corinthians 12:2-4). It is unfortunate that agents of darkness are using the first and second heaven as well as the ordinances to attack the children of God. However, God has given us dominion over all elements in the heavenlies, including the spirits that rule them. He has given us power to exercise dominion over the sun, the moon and the stars. God knew that the children of darkness could also alter the cause of nature. Therefore, He gave us the power of dominion which He expects us to use to tame all elements of nature as well as every creature. He gave us this power to safeguard our existence on earth.

In Exodus 10:12-22, Moses dealt with the elements of nature and unleashed terror on Egypt. In Isaiah 38:8, Prophet Isaiah too brought the sun dial of Ahaz 10 degrees backward. In Joshua 10:12, Joshua commanded the sun to stand still. As a New Testament believer, you have the power to reign and rule over the forces of nature, day and night as well as other creations. Arise and exercise that authority.
